Hammer Mill
Hammer mills can be manufactured to suit the requirements of the customer. They range from small single phase machines to large three phase industrial machines.
They all have a teardrop design which helps to reduce rotational flow of product.
All machines are fitted with wear plates and a U shape disrupted chamber at the bottom to help to increase the capacity of the hammer mill.
On the bigger machines a directional flow valve is added to increase the utilisation of the hammers.
Bigger machines are also fitted with sliding doors for easy access to the screens. The screens are held in place with a flexible cradle to enable the quick change of the screens.
All machines are constructed using heavy gauge metal.
Hammer mills that can mill roughage are available. They are fitted with an accompanying bale breaker that can handle both large round and square bales.
